For the customisation of its helicopters, Leonardo tested us to evaluate products made in adhesive film, alternative to painting and more functional to preparations related to special events, fairs and trade shows, in which it is necessary to maximize the operational speed and minimize the downtime (very high in case of painting). We selected, tested and conformed to the specifications, different types of self-adhesive films in relation to the different needs of the aircrafts: solutions suitable for mild climates, versions resistant to scorching hot or cold climates, up to films better suited to display only on the ground. Not only that: we applied coloured, gloss, matt, transparent, metallic and gold finishes. The positive outcome of the assignment has encouraged the customer to renew it, asking us to perform wrapping of Leonardo helicopters in Italy, USA and Poland.
